The headline of “Thermite in the WTC dust” is just plainly misstating the case, in truth. There may have been would could be termed markers of accelerate / thermate use, but a marker is completely different than saying there was Thermite in the dust.
If thermate or superthermate was used for any part of the demolition, it was only be part of the explanation.
